FACILITATING SKILLS-BASED TRAINING GROUPS


One of my first corporate training programs was for a company that asked for an Anger Management curriculum. It turns out that 60 year old men stuck in middle management are not all that different from 6th grade boys with anger issues. Thus, this book was born.

It includes the lesson plans for a 12-week program, 11 ice breakers, 4 closing exercises, and a lot of debrief questions to help even the most novice trainer or counselor be successful.
