ASKING FOR A FRIEND


I have been providing ‘advice’ via my website for many years. When I created a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging group on LinkedIn and started connecting with like-minded DEIB professionals, that type of advice request really started taking off. I primarily hear from people who are actively working on DEIB issues at their company, but I also hear from others who have diversity and inclusion questions and concerns.

I have gathered some of the more interesting - and timely - issues that came across my desk in 2021. Interestingly, a lot of people contacted me about training issues this year. I hope there are some insights and approaches that you find useful and applicable.
